Ramen Danbo: Vancouver's Very Best

Downtown Vancouver is probably filled with various ramen shops, all with its own distinct and delectable flavour. Ramen Taka has its signature noodles, while Santouka has a nice variety of side dishes. However, if there was a place that excels in all areas, Ramen Danbo is your best bet.

This restaurant has thin, chewy noodles. Customers can even modify their noodle thickness, broth thickness, amount of spice, and amount of lard to their liking. Giving clients the power to customize their dish makes this place even more welcoming.

The broth is rich and warm, with just the right amount of spice, perfect for a rainy day dinner. The egg is nice and runny, and full of flavour. The chashu is served with generous portion sizes, which is great because personally, most ramen places have small chashus. To make things better, the quality is beyond expectations. It's abounding with tenderness, juiciness, and has a nice hint of shoyu.

In addition to the amazing ramen dish, the restaurant offers plenty of sides to enjoy; gyozas, donburis, and rice. Another special aspect of Ramen Danbo is its vegan menu, so that customers with different religions or diets can also enjoy.
