Cafe Étoile, a delicious, budget-friendly bingsoo place

With the scorching weather and rising bingsoo prices, finding a nice place is difficult. We came across Cafe Étoile, which used to be a Snowy Village. After two visits, I can conclude that this Langley-based place is by far one of the most delectable, friendly, and cost-effective.

Here is a classic injeolmi bingsoo. The large size was plenty to feed 2-3 customers, and every bingsoo came with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, only at a cost of $13! The red bean was perfect, it was not too sweet and had a nice texture. The injeolmi was nice and had a chewy touch to it.

Here we have a strawberry bingsoo (large). This place even poured strawberry syrup, which is what distinguishes this place from others. The amount of strawberries provided is plenty, as it fills the whole bowl. The taste and texture were great, it was not too watery, and each berry tasted as sweet as ever.
Finally, we have the Oreo bingsoo (large), a popular fan favourite, coming with two scoops of coffee ice cream and plenty of Oreo chunks. One thing Cafe Étoile definitely does well is providing the customer with great amounts of toppings. From just these three instances, the Oreos, strawberries, and injeolmis all fill up the bowl. After our bingsoo, the owner even gave us some teyakis on the house. The teyakis were nice and crispy and had cream on the inside. Unlike other shops, these were sold cold.

Within the smoldering heat, many want to enjoy a nice bingsoo. Café Étoile is definitely one of the best places to go, as it provides friendly service, cheap pricing, and delicious bingsoo.
